Average gas prices continue to rise overnight

Trump visit roils town still healing from Latino's killing

<p>Scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported in the Wyoming Valley this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while isolated areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, but the North Cross Valley expressway is free of traffic congestion. Widespread minor congestion is reported on the South Cross Valley Expressway in the southbound lanes.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting isolated areas of traffic congestion.
