The Latest: Prosecutor won't pursue charge for Trump aide

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Michael Eeon, 26, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police after an alleged pursuit that happened shortly after midnight on Thursday.</p><p>Police said that at 12:36 a.m., an officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle on North Fulton Street that was driven by Eeon due to the vehicle&#8217;s headlights not being on. Police allege that Eeon sped off, and a short pursuit ensued to Reno Lane, where Eeon allegedly got out of the car and fled on foot.</p><p>Police said they eventually found Eeon in a residence on New Market Street, and he was arrested.</p><style>
