<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police are searching for suspects after an incident that happened on Lincoln Plaza at 10:46 p.m. on Thursday.</p><p>A man reported to police that he heard a smashing noise near his neighbor&#8217;s victim. When the man went out to investigate, the man reportedly saw three teenagers, who allegedly used sexually obscene language toward him.</p><p>Police said the teenagers were last seen dribbling a basketball and fled toward South Welles Street. Police also said a vehicle&#8217;s windshield had been smashed as a result of concrete being thrown through it.</p><p>The suspects are described as three black teenagers ranging from 14 to 17 years old.</p><p>Anyone with information on the suspects&#8217; identities are asked to contact Officer Novackowski at 570-208-4119, ext. 602.</p><style>
