Nittany Lions’ new offense ready to debut in Blue-White Game

<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; Luzerne County Community College will be hosting the Eighth Annual Race for a Cause 5K Run/Fun Walk on the College campus on April 23. Students and staff of the Health, Physical Education and Exercise Science Department are conducting the event which will benefit local charities.</p><p>The race will be conducted on the LCCC Main Campus in Nanticoke and registration begins at 8 a.m. in the James T. Atherton Gymnasium with the race starting at 9 a.m.</p><p>Since 2009, this event has been held at the College as part of the continuing commitment to the community by LCCC faculty, staff and students. Local charities which have received support in the past include Ruth&#8217;s Place, Relay for Life, Candy&#8217;s Place, Catherine McAuley House and the Luzerne County Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.</p><p>For more information about the race contact Miranda Costa at 570-740-0237.</p><style>
