(AP) — The Latest on a deadly duplex fire outside Pittsburgh (all times local): 4:40 p.m. Authorities say a Pennsylvania duplex fire that killed three children and their mother also has killed their father. Officials in Allegheny County say Stephen Lasch died Saturday. They say he was the children's father and the woman's husband. Lasch was critically injured in the Friday night blaze in the Pittsburgh suburb Bellevue. The medical examiner's office said earlier Angela Lasch was pronounced dead along with 11-year-old son Noah, 6-year-old daughter Kayley and 4-year-old daughter Hannah. Officials say two people living on the other side of the duplex escaped.
