BELLEVUE, Pa. Officials in Allegheny County say the blaze was reported just after 9:30 p.m. Friday in the Pittsburgh suburb of Bellevue. Fire crews arrived to find flames coming from a first-floor window on one side of the duplex and found "five unresponsive victims" inside. The county medical examiner's office said 38-year-old Angela Lasch was pronounced dead along with her 11-year-old son Noah and two daughters, 6-year-old Kayley and 4-year-old Hannah. The remaining adult was in critical condition at a local trauma center.
