<p>The General Federation of Women&#8217;s Clubs-West Side and the Hoyt Library celebrated Dr. Seuss and National Read Across America Week with a Dr. Seuss party for 40 students from Jenny Lynn Elementary and Little Big Thinkers Learning Center. GFWC members Rosemary Luksha and Barbara Roche, dressed as Cindy Lou Who and The Cat in the Hat, read books and did crafts with the students who were treated to Dr. Seuss themed refreshments. Participants from left are: Sarah Gifoli, teacher, Jenny Lynn Elementary; Carol Dalmas, youth services librarian; Melissa Werner, executive director Hoyt Library; Luksha, Roche and Justine Soprano, teacher Jenny Lynn Elementary.</p><style>
