<p>Mike Murray, vice president of circulation for Civitas Media, has been named publisher of the Times Leader Media Group. He will replace Doug Olsson, who has been named publisher of the Lima News in Lima, Ohio. Both appointments take effect May 9 at the news organizations which are properties of Civitas Media. The announcement was made by Ralph Martin, CEO of Civitas Media.</p>
