Redevelopment authority approves sale of historic Wilkes-Barre train station

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police have filed charges of driving under the influence and prostitution have been filed against two people following an incident Tuesday morning around 1:25 on Academy Street.</p><p>According to police, charges have been filed against Michael Decker, 52 of Wilkes-Barre, and Caitlin Mentz, 32 of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Police said officers observed a female loitering in the area of Academy Street when she was picked up by Decker. The vehicle involved had an equipment violation, police said.</p><p>Upon stopping the vehicle, police said the operator was observed to be intoxicated. Mentz was questioned and arrested for prostitution, according to the report.</p><p>Decker was transported to the police station where a legal breath test was administered. Charges against both have been filed in District Court 11-1-01.</p><style>
