Daughter says father made threats day before fatal shootings

Some Luzerne County employees receive as many as 18 sick days annually, plus vacation and paid holiday allotments

<p>PLYMOUTH TWP. &#8212; Township residents will be provided with adequate parking when they go to cast their votes on Tuesday, according to Township Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Gale Conrad.</p><p>Conrad said because a decline in population following the flooding of 2011, the Luzerne County Board of Elections combined the township&#8217;s two wards. The township&#8217;s municipal building at 925 W. Main St. will be its sole polling place.</p><p>Conrad said about 200 voters were lost after the flood, most from District 2, which lost about 100 homes.</p><p>&#8220;I would hate to see people fail to vote because they don&#8217;t think there will be adequate parking,&#8221; she said. &#8220;There will be several areas available.&#8221;</p><p>Conrad credited Luzerne County Bureau of Elections with making every effort to ensure that the township&#8217;s transition from two polling places to one was seamless.</p><style>
