Near-freezing temps expected to double to 65 degrees

<p>Major highways and routes are largely clear this morning, though drivers may experience moderate congestion on Interstate 476 northbound from Route 115.</p><p>Route 115 itself is clear, as is Interstate 81 and the North Cross Valley Expressway. Route 29 has moderate congestion near the junction with U.S. Route 11.</p><p>Route 11 has slight congestion through much of Wyoming Valley.</p><p>In Wilkes-Barre, the intersection of Mundy Street and Kidder Street is showing some moderate to heavy congestion, but travel on other roads should be fine.</p><style>
