<p>Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mecadon, Exeter, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, April 30, 2016.</p><p>They were married in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Pittston by Father John Cordoro, O.S.J. Their attendants were the late Albert (Babe) Mecadon and the late Diane Massara Fusco.</p><p>Mrs. Mecadon is the former Anita Massara, daughter of the late James and Margaret Massara of Pittston. Mr. Mecadon is the son of the late Albert and Alice Mecadon of Pittston. The couple has three children, Fred and his wife, Rita, New Jersey; Anthony, Philadelphia and Michele Lex and her husband Joe, Pittsburgh. They have three grandchildren, Henry, Natalie and Isaac Lex of Pittsburgh.</p><p>The family celebrated with a weeks vacation in Vero Beach, Florida.</p><style>
