Letter to the Editor: David Pedri deserving of ‘promotion’ to Luzerne County manager’s post, says colleague

<p>Christopher Giddings Connolly, M.D., recently joined Geisinger Mount Pocono, 126 Market Way, Mount Pocono, to serve in a dual role as both a family medicine and sleep medicine physician. As a family medicine doctor, Dr. Giddings Connolly is trained to care for patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care and wellness, routine physicals, chronic disease management and acute illnesses. As a fellowship-trained sleep medicine specialist, he treats patients with sleep disturbances such as sleep apnea, insomnia or restless leg syndrome.</p><p>Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Giddings Connolly earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York, in 2011. He completed a residency in family medicine with Stony Brook University Medical Center, Stony Brook, New York, in 2014. Dr. Giddings Connolly also completed a fellowship in sleep medicine with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, New Hampshire, in 2015.</p><style>
