<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; A man reported to police at 5:09 p.m. on Wednesday that someone stole the registration plate off of his 2003 Ford.</p><p>The vehicle was parked in the JCPenney parking lot of the Wyoming Valley Mall at the time of the alleged theft.</p><style>
