<p>Thank you, Times Leader, for the great job that reporters Jerry Lynott and Steve Mocarsky did in covering the recent attempt to rezone the former Holy Saviour Church to be used as a sheet metal/distribution shop.</p><p>Jerry came to my house, which is next door to the church, and Steve covered the zoning board hearing appeal. With Jerry&#8217;s reporting, our neighborhood was well informed of the hearing, and attendance was high; and Steve&#8217;s reporting on the hearing was excellent.</p><p>Thank you also to the Wilkes-Barre Zoning Hearing Board&#8217;s members, who voted 4-1 in our favor.</p><p>A special thanks to all the neighbors who came to the hearing and those who signed petitions to help keep our East End neighborhood zoned residential.</p><p><strong>Aleta Payne</strong></p><p>Wilkes-Barre</p><style>
