Out on a limb: Events are plentiful for genealogists, history buffs

<p>Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the way into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, but the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.</p><p>The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of any traffic congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
