Palchanis receives Legion of Honor Humanitarian Award

<p>The Wyoming Valley Woman&#8217;s Club held their April monthly luncheon meeting at Genetti&#8217;s in Wilkes Barre. Entertainment was provided by Vernon and Diane Jones of Windfall Enterprises, a full service entertainment agency specializing in live music. The club meets monthly to discuss various topics of general interest to it&#8217;s members. Membership is open to all women living in the Wyoming Valley.
