Pennsylvania officials warn of 'spikes' on game lands trail

DERRY, Pa. (AP) — State police are searching for a patient who escaped from a western Pennsylvania mental hospital. Trooper Stephen Limani says 33-year-old Muhammad Moore fled Torrance State Hospital about 7 p.m. Monday. Moore is not in the hospital for committing a crime, and is considered missing and endangered because of his mental health issues and difficulty in social environments. Moore is black, about 6-foot-2 and 240 lbs and was wearing dark blue sweat pants and sweat shirt. Limani says Moore does not communicate well verbally. Anyone who sees him should call 911.
