Letter to the Editor: Expect immigrants to learn English if they will use Luzerne County services

<p>Candy&#8217;s Place, a Cancer Wellness Center, hosted the 15th annual Spin 4 Life in February at Danko&#8217;s All American Fitness. Spin 4 Life honors the memory of Brandon Case, a 21 year old King&#8217;s College student who lost a three-year battle with leukemia in 1999. Paul Zbiek, stepfather of Case, spins one hour for every year his stepson would have been alive, spinning 37 consecutive hours during this year&#8217;s event. Over 200 people participated raising a total of $11,929. The proceeds will be split between Candy&#8217;s Place and the Brandon J. Case Memorial Fund, a King&#8217;s College scholarship foundation.
