WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) — Police say a Pennsylvania woman was killed when she was struck by a hit-and-run driver after attempting to flee a robbery on bicycle. Prince William County Police on Wednesday said they are still searching for the hit-and-run driver, who they believe was behind the wheel of an early 2000-era minivan. Police say the incident began shortly after midnight Tuesday when a 22-year-old woman met up near Potomac Mills mall with a friend, 35-year-old Ronald Souers of Woodbridge, and his girlfriend, 36-year-old Nicole Lemar of Allentown, Pennsylvania. At some point, police say an argument broke out and Lemar assaulted the woman, took her phone and fled with Souers on bicycle. Police say the hit-and-run driver collided with Lemar on nearby Dale Boulevard. Lemar died at a nearby hospital from her injuries.
