<p>Robert Cole, PhD. has been named to the new position of Chief Analytics Officer by Allied Services Integrated Health System.</p><p>A 20-year employee of Allied, Cole will work in partnership with senior management on future business and strategic decisions for the non-profit organization.</p><p>Cole earned a Master&#8217;s degree and a Doctorate in Experimental Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, New York, and will bring data analytics backed by actionable insights into the organization&#8217;s business lines. He will continue to oversee Allied Services&#8217; 13 Outpatient Rehabilitation Centers, the Outcomes Analysis Department and the Admissions and Case Management Departments at Allied Rehab Hospital, Allied Transitional Rehab Unit and Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Scranton.</p><p>Cole lives in Duryea with his wife, Donna, and their daughter, Carsyn. He grew up in Duryea, graduated from Pittston Area High School and earned his Bachelor in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in 1992.</p><style>
