PITTSBURGH (AP) — Prosecutors are expected to wrap up their case Monday in the western Pennsylvania trial of a man charged with robbing and killing two sisters of an Iowa state lawmaker two years ago. Allegheny County authorities allege that 45-year-old Allen Wade killed Sarah Wolfe after she returned home to find Susan Wolfe already slain in February 2014. They were sisters of Democratic Iowa state Rep. Mary Wolfe. Sarah was a psychiatrist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, and Susan an aide at a private school. Defense attorneys call their client a victim of a "sloppy investigation" and a rush to judgment. Prosecutors plan to conclude their case Monday with the resumed testimony from the head of a firm that analyzed DNA in the case.
