PGC to conduct prescribed burn in Carbon County

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; An assault complaint led to the apprehension of Plymouth resident Derek Muchler on Saturday.</p><p>The complaint, filed at 8:04 p.m. with the Wilkes-Barre City Police, alleges that Muchler, 24, &#8220;choked a female victim and threw a bottle at her vehicle.&#8221;</p><p>Muchler had fled before police arrived at the scene. He was found and taken into custody, according to the police report. Muchler was charged with simple assault, reckless endangering another, and harassment.</p><style>
