<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A county judge on Thursday consolidated the cases of a pair charged in the failed execution-style shootings of two people last year at the Interfaith Heights apartment complex.</p><p>Prosecutors allege Wandalee Balcacer, 26, and Philadelphia gang member Tony &#8220;Hazard&#8221; Edwards, 28, <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/491307/pair-accused-of-execution-style-shootings-heading-to-higher-court" target="_blank">tried to kill Sherry &#8220;Chyna&#8221; Rivera and Izhar Ramos-Martinez</a> in a hallway at the Interfaith Heights apartment complex on April 4 in a clash over a $4,000 drug debt.</p><p>Both victims sustained gunshot wounds to their heads but survived.</p><p>Balcacer and Edwards will stand trial together on attempted homicide and related charges after Judge David W. Lupas joined the pair&#8217;s cases in a brief hearing Thursday in Luzerne County Court. The judge ordered outstanding discovery in the case due within 10 days and set a trial date of June 20 at 9 a.m.</p><style>
