PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Two gay men attacked and beaten in Philadelphia are suing three of their attackers for damages. The lawsuit filed in a Philadelphia court on Tuesday names Kevin Harrigan, Kathryn Knott and Philip Williams. The lawsuit says one victim, Andrew Haught, was left with a fractured jaw and broken orbital bone after the September 2014 attack. The other, Zachary Hesse, suffered cuts and bruises. Harrigan and Williams pleaded guilty last year to assault and conspiracy charges and were sentenced to probation. A jury convicted Knott of simple assault and three other misdemeanors. She's serving a five- to 10-month jail term. The plaintiffs' lawyer, Andrew Youman, says the trio may not have been served with the lawsuit yet. Harrigan didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. Williams didn't appear to have a listed phone number.
