RED LION, Pa. (AP) — Police say a Facebook post led to the arrest of a person wanted in a hit-and-run accident that left a member of a road construction crew injured. Police say the driver posted on Facebook damage of the vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle wanted in the hit-and-run on Cape Horn Road in Red Lion on Wednesday. The construction worker sustained minor injuries. Police don't know why the person posted the information. However, the post said the accident happened at another location. Police have not released the name of the woman who was driving.
