Our Opinion: Mental health care deservedly becoming bigger priority in NEPA

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A security guard at the Park &amp; Lock on South Main Street reported seeing two men in a stairwell injecting drugs, police said. Officers responded at 11:54 p.m. Friday and found William Haynes, 33, of Wilkes-Barre, and Brett Bell-Stallcup, 20, of Edwardsville highly intoxicated and in possession of hypodermic needles, police said. The men were taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.</p><style>
