<p>PITTSTON &#8212; Police are investigating an armed robbery they say happened at Dollar General this morning.</p><p>According to police, a black man entered the store on North Main Street at approximately 9:10 a.m. Police allege the man brandished a handgun while demanding all of the money from the store&#8217;s safe.</p><p>The man allegedly fled the store with several hundred dollars.</p><p>The suspect is described as a thin black man who was last seen wearing a black hat, black shirt and black pants.</p><p>Authorities are asking anyone with information about the man&#8217;s identity to contact the Pittston City Police Department at 570-654-2425.</p><style>
