<p>Free-flowing traffic is expected on most of the major roadways Sunday in the Wyoming Valley.</p><p>Interstate 81, Interstate 80 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike are all clear of any traffic jams, according to traffic data.</p><p>Along Wyoming Avenue near Kingston, expect some minor congestion.
