Our Opinion: Food trucks can steer more pedestrian traffic to city streets

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;At 11:42 a.m. on Monday, a man on South Main Street reported that someone scratched his vehicle.</p><p>Police said the man believes a person involved in an earlier dispute is responsible for the damage, but police said no evidences supports the claim.</p><p>The total cost of the damage was not immediately known.</p><style>
