Man charged with witness intimidation in Hazleton homicide offers alibi

Cargo trailer maker opens plant in Mountain Top, its fifth nationwide

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officials are warning motorists of likely delays and changes in traffic patterns downtown Wednesday due to the removal and replacement of a transformer on East Northampton Street by PPL Electric Utilities.</p><p>The work will last from 7 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m.</p><p>People parking in the lot on East Northampton Street can enter from South Main Street. Those who do not heed the signs will be steered down Livingston Lane and back out to South Main or South Washington streets. There will be no access from South Washington Street onto East Northampton Street because of the crane width and two-lane street restrictions.</p><style>
