DETROIT (AP) — Police say a 45-year-old man arrested in the abduction and killing of a 13-year-old Detroit boy is expected to be extradited from Ohio. Gregory Walker was arrested Thursday in Toledo, Ohio, and held on a probation violation. Walker has waived extradition. Detroit Police Officer Dan Donakowski says Walker will be sent back to Detroit on Tuesday. A cousin told police that Deontae Mitchell picked up some money dropped by a man outside an eastside market late May 31. Surveillance video shows Deontae then being pursued by a man, who grabbed the boy by his arm and forced him into a car. Deontae's body was found Thursday in a vacant lot in Detroit. A cause of death is being investigated. Two other men also have been arrested.
