PHILADELPHIA (AP) — State police are investigating a shooting that damaged a vehicle on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Police said a man in another car fired a shot in the northbound lanes of I-95 near the Girard Point Bridge just before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the shot penetrated the passenger side rear area of the vehicle, but the 38-year-old driver was uninjured. The suspect vehicle fled off the Broad Street exit. Police were looking for a 30- to 40-year-old man armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
