<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman who left her vehicle running outside the front of the CYC on Friday to get her child, returned to find her car stolen, according to police.</p><p>At about 4 p.m. when she returned to the spot where her vehicle was parked, it was gone.</p><p>A bolo was put out and the vehicle was located at the intersection of East Ross and South Washington streets.</p><p>The victim arrived at the scene and declined to have the vehicle processed, according to police.</p><style>
