NUANGOLA &#8212; Two owners of properties on Gay Avenue and Ridge Street will be notified by mail that structures on their land are in violation of borough code and the owners could face legal action if the buildings are not repaired or demolished.Council President Joseph Tuckler said at Tuesday night&#8217;s council meeting that a letter will be drafted.Tucker also said that an &#8216;amicable meeting&#8217; was conducted between representatives of the sewer authority, engineering firms and lawyers about the condition of borough streets following completion of the sewer installation.Borough officials have argued that the streets were left in disrepair, following work by Wexcon Inc.Calling the meeting productive, Tucker also said that council hopes all of the issues can be resolved without legal action or the borough filing a claim against the authority&#8217;s performance bond carrier.In addition, council voted:&#8226; To donate $100 to Rice Township Fire Company for fireworks on July 4.&#8226; To approve a minor subdivision for property at the intersection of Little Rock and Main streets.&#8226;To approve a payment of $27,563 to TripleF Flying for gypsy moth spraying on May 31.
