Police: Man charged with theft at Family Dollar

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Rainbow Alliance of Northeastern Pennsylvania will hold a special &#8220;Adult Discussion Group&#8221; on Tuesday, with licensed counselors to talk about the Orlando mass shooting tragedy.</p><p>According to an emailed news release from the Rainbow Alliance, all who are interested in talking about the tragic event are asked to attend and to &#8220;bring a friend.&#8221;</p><p>&#8220;Many of the LGBT community are still reeling from the Orlando tragedy,&#8221; the release stated.</p><p>The discussion will take place Tuesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Wilkes University Henry Student Center, 84 West South St., Wilkes-Barre.
