Devan is the grandson of Barbara Dennis and Paul Noonan, Wilkes-Barre and Mr. and Mrs. George Young, Apalachin, New York. He is the great-grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Perlowski. Devan has a brother, Austin, 11 and two sisters, Faith, 9 and Elissa, 3.</p><style>
