<p>The horticulture class from the Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technology Center participated in early season maintenance of the Plains Township rain garden located in the Plains Township Municipal Park. The students learn techniques and tasks of garden planting and design while gaining experience with perennial plant cleaning, propagation and planting.
