<p><strong>Brooke Shedden,</strong> resident of Mehoopany, and daughter of April and Kristopher Shedden, has been nominated and accepted into the Junior National Young Leaders Conference 2016. She was nominated by her teacher, Debbie Johnson, from the Tunkhannock Middle School and will be representing the school at the conference. She has achieved academic excellence and possesses strong leadership potential. Shedden will attend the conference from June 18 to 23.</p>
