<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A 16-year-old Wilkes-Barre boy faces charges following a Sunday afternoon hit-and-run crash that caused injuries, police said.</p><p>According to police:</p><p>Nanticoke resident Thomas Sullivan was stopped in traffic on West End Road when his 2007 Toyota sedan was struck from behind by a 2006 BMW sports utility vehicle.</p><p>After a brief interaction between Sullivan and the juvenile driver of the BMW, the juvenile left the scene, striking Sullivan&#8217;s vehicle a second time.</p><p>The front license plate on the BMW became dislodged during the crash and remained at the scene. The juvenile and the BMW were located shortly after the crash at the boy&#8217;s Wilkes-Barre residence.</p><p>Sullivan and his rear passenger, Plymouth resident Taja Price, sustained minor injuries.</p><style>
