Isolated areas of traffic congestion reported in the Wyoming Valley

<p>Today marks the official start of the summer, and it will certainly feel like it in the Wyoming Valley.</p><p>The area, however, could also see some rain as the week progresses.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 63 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with fair skies reported.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 90.</p><p>Clouds will move into the region tonight, and there will be a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 a.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and the low will be around 64.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies are expected on Tuesday, along with some scattered showers before 7 a.m. The high will be near 82.</p><p>Partly cloudy skies are predicted for Tuesday night, with a low around 56.</p><p>Wednesday will once again bring mostly sunny skies, with a high near 79.
