<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop that happened on Sunday.</p><p>Police said that at 12:49 p.m., an officer suspected drug activity in the area of South Franklin Street and conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle code violation.</p><p>Police said Robert Walski, 40, of Wilkes-Barre, was inside the vehicle and that officers found drugs and paraphernalia inside the vehicle.</p><p>The police report did not specify what drugs and paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.</p><p>Walski was charged with possession of marijuana.</p><style>
