Police searching for man accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8211; A man is facing DUI charges after being pulled over early this morning, according to police.</p><p>Police said officers originally stopped Steven Prentiss, 32, of Wilkes-Barre at about 1:50 a.m. on South Pennsylvania Avenue for a moving violation. Police said officers believed him to be highly intoxicated upon speaking with him.</p><p>Prentiss was taken to the Luzerne County DUI Center, but allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test.</p><p>Charges were filed, and PennDOT was notified of Prentiss&#8217; alleged refusal to take the breathalyzer test.</p><style>
