<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Plymouth man was charged with terroristic threats and harassment Friday after a city woman complained she was threatened and harassed.</p><p>Police say Andy Diaz, 31, of Plymouth, made obscene gestures with his hand and simulated shooting a handgun while making verbal threats and sounds as those of a gun shooting at a 59-year-old Wilkes-Barre woman.</p><p>Charges were filed with District Judge Thomas Malloy.</p><style>
