Scattered areas of traffic congestion reported in the Wyoming Valley

<p>The local and national average gas prices dropped by a penny overnight, and they are both down a few cents from last week.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.39 today, down a penny overnight and down 2 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $2.44 today, unchanged overnight and down 2 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $2.30 today, down a penny overnight, down 3 cents in the last week.</p><style>
