HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania man is heading to prison after pleading guilty in the sale of drugs that led to the death of a teenager two years ago. The Altoona Mirror (http://bit.ly/294cB16 ) reports that 22-year-old Jacob Oswald was sentenced Tuesday to three to 12 years behind bars in the 2014 death of Andrew Hines. Oswald pleaded guilty last month to drug delivery resulting in death and possession with intent to deliver. He apologized to Hines' family, saying he loses sleep over his death. Authorities said Oswald sold Xanax and Suboxone to Hines, who died at a residence where he had met with friends.
