Plymouth township accident sends one to the hospital

<p>Free flowing traffic greets area residents this morning to open the holiday weekend.</p><p>Interstates 81 and 476 are free from congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway has some areas of minor congestion around off-ramps.</p><p>The South Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.</p><p>Areas around the Wyoming Valley Mall and Highland Park Boulevard are free flowing.</p><p>Downtown Wilkes-Barre has some areas of minor congestion, with Wilkes-Barre Boulevard free of any congestion.</p><p>In Kingston, there are some minor areas of congestion along Market Street.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
