<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police reported Amanda Yurksha, 27, of West Main Street, Plymouth had several hypodermic needles and an empty bag of suspected heroin when she arrested on a warrant on New Alexander Street at approximately 4:30 p.m. Friday. Police said they found the drug paraphernalia on her during a search.</p><style>
