<p>Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Bridge presented its Paul Smith Memorial Scholarship and its Michael J. Costanza Memorial Scholarship to Rita Stedner, a recent graduate of Greater Nanticoke Area High School and Wilkes-Barre Vocational Technical School. Stedner received $1,500, which she will use towards her continuing education.
