<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said a woman, 97, reported that a portion of her roof on her home on St. Clair Street had been damaged by what she believed was the negligent use of fireworks.</p><p>She said she heard a loud noise on Saturday at about 10:30 p.m., and when she went outside to investigate she noticed pieces of roofing material from her roof on her neighbor&#8217;s porch.</p><p>The cost of repair was not known at that time.</p><style>
